These terms apply to parsi.org, run by the Persian American Research & Strategy Institute (“PARSI,” “we,” or “us”), including the member area. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Member accounts

• Membership and member accounts are personal. Don't share your sign-in with anyone.
• Keep your password and the account you sign in with secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.

Member-only content

Research, reports, data, briefings, recordings, and other material in the member area are proprietary to PARSI and are provided only for the personal use of PARSI members. Unless we give you written permission, you may not:

• share member-only content with, or let it be used by, anyone who is not a PARSI member;
• print, copy, download for redistribution, or reproduce it;
• publish, post, forward, sell, or otherwise distribute it, in whole or in part.

Breaking these rules may lead to the end of your membership, and PARSI may take other steps to protect its work.

Public content

Content on the public parts of the site belongs to PARSI unless noted otherwise. You're welcome to link to it and to quote short passages with credit to PARSI. Please ask us before reusing it in any other way.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. For example, don't try to access accounts or areas you aren't authorized to use, interfere with the site's security or operation, or collect information about other people from it.

No professional advice

Our research and analysis are provided for information. They are not legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Links to other sites

The site may link to websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, PARSI is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. We don't sell or share your personal information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
